Carbonex has built its reputation on high quality products and superior services. The quality of our delivered products starts with the initial design, and is further developed through teamwork with key stakeholders in the production lifecycle.
Our suppliers and our team are directly involved in quality control through each stage.
We offer the development of Inspection Standard Operating Procedures (MSOPs) to ensure 100% alignment of expectations between our customers and our suppliers.
MSOP content:
> Inspection tools used
> Sampling plan followed
> Features inspected per the drawing or customer's request
> Acceptance criteria
> Pictures of inspection target points
> Ballooned drawing
QC and Product Inspection Services:
• First Article Inspection (Standard or AS-9102)
• In-process checks during production
• Pre-shipment inspections
Our QC staff in both U.S and Asia inspects product in various stages of production to ensure that all products meet our standards and the drawing.
