Not every customer comes to us with finely finished schematics, blueprints or a working prototype. Many just have great ideas that they want to bring into reality. We are here to help you research and develop these ideas all the way from blueprints and rapid prototypes, to production level tooling.
We have enabled fast moving startups to achieve scale with quality as their highest priority. We have partnered with large OEMs to reduce cost and launch reliable products at high volumes. Our design engineering team is located in the US and has over 23 years of design-for-manufacturing experience.

SCR exhaust system integration, engine & transmission mounting & packaging, air brake system, HVAC system, fuel system, vertical & horizontal exhaust mounting and engine cooling system.

Design and packaging of Steering components including Steering Column, Gears and Pumps. Coordinating through both the design and detail phases including but not limited to conceptual design, prototype and physical buck builds, 2D drawing creation, thru production release. Interaction with vehicle centers, FEA group, assembly plant and physical crash test center.
